The mission of the Child Development & Behavior Consortium is to provide screening, assessment, referral and case coordination for children from birth to age 8 in South County who may be at risk for developmental delays.

Prior to joining Special Kids Crusade, Stella was Director of Grants and Community Network with Easterseals Central California; Supervisor of the Special Needs/Avance Project at the Alisal Family Resource Center in Salinas; and Family Service Representative at Peaks and Valleys Family Resource Center with the Monterey County Office of Education. As a parent of a 26-year-old son with autism, she has been involved in numerous disability-related parent support organizations over the years.
Angelica is a King City native who recently received a Master's in Social Work. She brings perfectionism, professionalism and endless enthusiasm to the Screening Project, as well as extensive experience working with preschoolers.
Guadalupe lives in Greenfield. She has worked on a variety of important projects in South County, including the Citizenship Project and the creation of Chuparrosa, a support group for parents of children with developmental delays. Guadalupe brings extensive knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and the public school special education system.
